Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice (my personal favourite is coconut or oat milk)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder)

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Sweeten it up:

2-4 drops of stevia (liquid) or 2 tsp of xylitol for sweetener is preferable. You can use honey or maple syrup as well

Make it chocolate:

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate chia pudding)

Directions:

Add all ingredients together and shake well. It’s really that simple!

Let sit until chia expands and is the consistency of pudding (2 hours will do, I let it sit overnight). Keep refrigerated.

Tips:

Get creative: add in berries, nuts, dried fruits or coconut flakes to your liking. This can also be made with just vanilla and not chocolate, whatever you prefer!
